The hotel's warm and modern decoration, especially the cozy common areas, made for a pleasant stay. The airy and well-lit reception was welcoming for senior guests. Additionally, the hotel's convenient accessibility to public transport and its location within walking distance to the city center and main attractions was very beneficial for senior travelers like me.

I would have appreciated more personalized assistance from the staff to cater to the specific needs of senior guests.

The 24-hour bar at the hotel was a delightful surprise. It felt like a magical oasis in the middle of a bustling city, where I could grab a drink or snack at any hour of the day. It was like having my own personal genie granting my every wish, but in the form of delicious treats and refreshing beverages.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of goodies and I loved that there was a fridge in the lobby with quick bites available. the location was also excellent, close to all the main areas in the city and facing a beautiful park. the free Wi-Fi was a great perk as well.

The room was way too small and uncomfortable, especially when there were three people staying in it. the sofa bed took up a lot of space and made it difficult to move around.

This hotel worked perfectly for me because it was located in a quiet neighborhood with excellent bus routes to town. The bus stop, just a short walk away, provided easy access to the main train station and allowed me to explore the city hassle-free. Additionally, the hotel's good transport links made it convenient for me to travel around Geneva and beyond.

I loved this hotel! The staff spoke English and were very friendly. The location was great, near UN buildings and embassies, as well as easy to find from the station. The free bus passes from the hotel were a pleasant surprise, and transportation was reliable. The breakfast was simple but nicely presented, with cold meats and cheeses, bread and pastries, fruit and yoghurt, and a tea and coffee machine. Plus, the shower was fantastic!
